Aurélien is part of this new generation of Champagne winegrowers who are revitalizing a region formerly locked in its brand image. From the start, he decided to farm his vines \u003cstrong\u003eorganically\u003c\/strong\u003e. At the estate, \u003cstrong\u003eno more chemical inputs\u003c\/strong\u003e in the vines. The soil will be plowed, weeds accepted and treatments will be carried out with minimum doses of sulfur and copper. Wishing to bring diversity back to his vines, Aurélien will also undertake to replant several dozen trees along the edges and in his own plots.
