Here the wines are pure, straight and without chemical inputs.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eA bioclimatic winery for coherent wines\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eArchitecture serving the ecological vision\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBut the estate's reflection will not only stop at the vines and wines, Antoine will push his vision to the construction in 2018 of a new winery meeting all his procedures: it will be a winery buried and equipped with a Canadian well, which will allow a constant and natural temperature. The entire cellar will be autonomous in terms of electricity consumption thanks to a \u003cstrong\u003ephotovoltaic roof,\u003c\/strong\u003e all rainwater will be collected for cleaning agricultural machines (we don't talk enough about water consumption in the process of creating a wine …) and finally the cellar will be built on several levels in order to be able to circulate and work the juices by gravity, without shocking them.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eWines of integrity for an appellation in need of reinvention\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003ePurity, passion and respect for the terroir\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll this demonstrates a desire and a global and sustainable vision that only a passionate person like Antoine could put in place.
