Ten months of vinification in Burgundy barrels adds depth and a fine texture, without ever masking the soil's character. The palate is poised and structured, with a direct energy and a long, mouthwatering finish, held together by an extra-brut dosage of 1 g\/L that allows the wine to fully express itself.
