Spending most of her time with my vines, Fiona values ​​and cultivates them with care. In order to respect their sap flow and improve their defenses, \u003cstrong\u003eGuyot Poussard pruning\u003c\/strong\u003e is implemented throughout the estate. Opposed to productivist, globalizing agriculture as well as standardized wines, it seeks “common sense” viticulture: thus, all the vines are worked in \u003cstrong\u003eorganic farming\u003c\/strong\u003e. The harvest is manual and the grapes are transported in boxes to avoid deterioration.
