However, the excessive use of chemistry, sulfur and the increased standardization of \u003cstrong\u003eBurgundy\u003c\/strong\u003e wines ended up putting him off. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3 data-start=\"883\" data-end=\"949\" class=\"\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAn exceptional, little-known terroir, farmed biodynamically\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHe therefore decided to recover \u003cstrong\u003e8 hectares\u003c\/strong\u003e of vines in Moutherot, “a unique and exceptional land, similar to that of \u003cstrong\u003eMontrachet\u003c\/strong\u003e”... His vines are worked \u003cstrong\u003ebiodynamically\u003c\/strong\u003e by \u003cstrong\u003eAntoine\u003c\/strong\u003e, a neighbor. Georges subsequently produces wines \u003cstrong\u003ewithout input\u003c\/strong\u003e, with patience as the only magic ingredient.
