In search, since 2011, of a vineyard to take over in order to go organic, Julien got his hands on a plot of land that had already been converted in 2014. It comprises \u003cstrong\u003e11.9 ha\u003c\/strong\u003e for \u003cstrong\u003eCognac\u003c\/strong\u003e production and \u003cstrong\u003e1.9 ha\u003c\/strong\u003efor his \u003cstrong\u003eVSIG\u003c\/strong\u003e cuvées. As some of the vines are very young, Julien continues to buy organic grapes. \u003cbr\u003eTreatments are based on copper and sulfur (supplemented by citrus essential oils and plant extracts).
