Influenced by the leading lights in the village - notably \u003cstrong\u003eRoland Piollot\u003c\/strong\u003e - 'Paulo' decided from the outset to work \u003cstrong\u003eorganically\u003c\/strong\u003e. He will be certified from the 2021 vintage. No herbicides or synthetic products are used on the estate.
