Its grapes are grown \u003cstrong\u003eorganically,\u003c\/strong\u003e and the tree-lined plots offer a cool and preserved environment, thus protecting them from drought and potential heatwaves. \u003cbr\u003eThe desire to create wine emerged in 2020, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, a time marked by anxiety and restrictions related to the disease. So, she and her entourage decided to create \u003cstrong\u003e“Vivants!”,\u003c\/strong\u003e a wine adventure anchored in the memories of her youth, the summers spent working in the hay and wine tastings in the company of her father. She aspired to make living wine, radiating energy and authenticity, rather than lifeless wines, “dead” wines as she says.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3 data-start=\"2093\" data-end=\"2140\" class=\"\"\u003eGentle viticulture, minimalist winemaking\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"2141\" data-end=\"2492\" class=\"\"\u003eThus, by settling in \u003cstrong\u003eSavoie,\u003c\/strong\u003e she embraced the world of wine with a deep respect for nature. These wines embody the energy of the mountains, the sap of the vines and the sun that heats the grapes, conveying positive energy when tasted.
