The bunches are pressed whole, then the wine ferments in barrels of different sizes before aging for a year on lees in wood and an additional six months in stainless steel tanks. It has more breadth than Hohlen, but still that very direct energy that prevents the wine from settling. There are white fruits, ripe citrus, and a slightly smoky touch, with a textured, saline, and very long finish.
