Low yields (10 to 15 hl\/ha) and gentle vinification using carbonic maceration, without the addition of sulfites, preserve the freshness and juiciness of the fruit. After a month of maceration, the wine is aged until spring in 500 and 600L barrels, adding complexity. The nose offers aromas of fresh red fruit, flowers, and sweet spices.
