The vines, planted in the 1970s, are carefully tended, with manual harvests, spontaneous fermentations, and minimal intervention winemaking. The wine opens with ripe lemon, white fruits, a very clear chalky tension, and a discreet floral touch. The palate is straight, fine, almost chiseled, with a restrained body and a saline finish that lengthens the wine without making it heavy.
