At Tony Bornard's winery, vinification is carried out without unnecessary additives, using natural fermentations and patient aging in large oak casks or barrels, allowing the terroir to express itself fully. The 2018 vintage offers a fuller structure, but the marly base maintains a saline tension that extends the wine to the finish. The palate is deep, slightly spicy, with a calm and structured length.
