The soil has never received herbicides or chemical fertilizers; the vines, never synthetic pesticides. The must ferments naturally in oak barrels. \u003cbr\u003eThe quality, diversity, richness, and finesse of the aromas of the Longues Violes wines were already a topic of conversation long ago. 2012 was the first vintage of the Les Longues Violes cuvée; 1,520 bottles were produced.
