The plots are located on \u003cstrong\u003eclay-gravelly\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003eclay-limestone\u003c\/strong\u003e terroirs, enough to give \u003cstrong\u003efreshness\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003edepth\u003c\/strong\u003e to these sometimes (too?) characterful grape varieties. \u003cbr\u003e The estate, originally a \u003cstrong\u003emixed crop,\u003c\/strong\u003e was founded by his grandfather, and it was his father, helped by his uncle, who converted it exclusively for viticultural activity. Only the latter decided, at the time, to only work with the local cooperative cellar...
