Margaux and Valentin meet on the benches of the wine school in \u003cstrong\u003eBeaune\u003c\/strong\u003e. Passionate about the vineyard and wine professions, he dreams of living their profession together. This results in a white wine with body, but also a real freshness, with notes of white flowers, citrus, and yellow fruits.
