Several years later, while continuing to work alongside \u003cstrong\u003eGanevat\u003c\/strong\u003e, she chose to settle in the south of the \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/mireehaute.com\/en\/collections\/jura\" title=\"Jura\" target=\"_blank\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eJura\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e, in Orbagna. Her philosophy is guided by\u003cstrong\u003eorganic farming\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003ebiodynamic\u003c\/strong\u003e viticulture, where every gesture in the vineyard is carried out in such a way as to preserve biodiversity and the soil. \u003cbr\u003eIn the cellar, \u003cstrong\u003eKatie Worobeck\u003c\/strong\u003e allows spontaneous fermentation to take place using indigenous yeasts.
