This Chardonnay comes from a small 0.55-hectare plot on the iridescent marls of the Triassic period and spent seven years in demi-muids and barrels, regularly topped up, before being bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur. In the glass, we find candied citrus, orchard fruits, almond, and spices, with a rich palate that is still carried by incredible energy.
