Which he did for another ten years!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eA conversion inspired by Auvergne\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn 2011, it was a revelation: the call of nature was strong, and his desire to work outdoors led him to take over a small plot of land in \u003ca title=\"Auvergne\" href=\"https:\/\/mireehaute.com\/en\/collections\/auvergne\" target=\"_blank\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAuvergne\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e, where he had followed his partner at the time. The story had begun!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eFrom humble beginnings\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHe picked up small plots left and right, and decided to finally make wine by and for himself.
