In 2016, Amandine, then aged 33, decided to leave her Parisian life and learn the art of winemaking. She is launching into \u003cstrong\u003ewoofing,\u003c\/strong\u003e a new way to travel and learn on \u003cstrong\u003eorganic farms\u003c\/strong\u003e around the world. At the same time, Quentin Javoy, originally from a family wine farm in Mézières-lez-Cléry, also feels the need for change. He fulfilled his dream of participating in grape harvests in the southern hemisphere and landed in Osorno, Chile. What should have been a simple journey turns into destiny.
