It has all the typical Loire grape varieties, with a large majority of \u003cstrong\u003eChenin\u003c\/strong\u003e which currently represents \u003cstrong\u003e1.9 hectares\u003c\/strong\u003e on four plots. He does everything himself and that is why he wants to keep the estate “on a human scale”; to continue working alone. He ages his wines in \u003cstrong\u003efiber vats\u003c\/strong\u003e except for the sweet wines which are removed in \u003cstrong\u003eoak barrels\u003c\/strong\u003e. Its objective is to produce red wines that are more fruity, very digestible, and white wines that are fresh and delicious.
