In 1996, he began converting his \u003cstrong\u003e3 hectares\u003c\/strong\u003e of vines to \u003cstrong\u003eorganic farming\u003c\/strong\u003e. From then on, he produced champagnes with elegance, finesse and perfectly silky bubbles.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3 class=\"\" data-end=\"975\" data-start=\"922\"\u003ePure champagnes, full of terroir and built to age\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"\" data-end=\"1244\" data-start=\"977\"\u003eNow \u003cstrong\u003ebiodynamic\u003c\/strong\u003e, but no longer certified, \u003cstrong\u003eDavid Léclapart\u003c\/strong\u003e makes champagnes from a single vintage, unfined, which are a fine representation of his \u003cstrong\u003eTrépail\u003c\/strong\u003e terroir.
