If they both started by buying organic grapes from local winegrowers to try their hand at \u003cstrong\u003enatural winemaking,\u003c\/strong\u003e from 2018 they will recover some \u003cstrong\u003e5 hectares\u003c\/strong\u003e of their own vines. The height of luxury, the vines are already in \u003cstrong\u003eorganic farming\u003c\/strong\u003e since until now worked by \u003cstrong\u003eJoël Menard\u003c\/strong\u003e of \u003cstrong\u003eDomaine des Sablonnettes. \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eSchist\u003c\/strong\u003e soils are typical of the area.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3 class=\"\" data-end=\"975\" data-start=\"927\"\u003eMinimalist cellar, maximal care in the vines\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"\" data-end=\"1366\" data-start=\"977\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eDomaine Les Errances\u003c\/strong\u003e is very committed, they pamper each plot, and accompany their grapes until bottling with as little intervention as possible. They print their labels on \u003cstrong\u003eeco-friendly paper\u003c\/strong\u003e and use \u003cstrong\u003ebeeswax\u003c\/strong\u003e to seal each bottle. Their aim is to offer us \u003cstrong\u003eliving wines,\u003c\/strong\u003e which reflect the expression of their terroir.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3 class=\"\" data-end=\"1471\" data-start=\"1424\"\u003eBetween mineral tension and juicy red fruit\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"\" data-end=\"1796\" data-start=\"1473\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eQuand Fond la Neige\u003c\/strong\u003e is a \u003cstrong\u003e100% Chenin\u003c\/strong\u003e cuvée where the \u003cstrong\u003eminerality\u003c\/strong\u003e of the soil is immediately apparent.
