With his friend Jeanne, who owns \u003cstrong\u003e8 hectares\u003c\/strong\u003e on magnificent terroirs on \u003cstrong\u003eschist\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003evolcanic\u003c\/strong\u003e sandstone, Yannick manages to vinify high quality grapes.
