On one side, Cabernet Sauvignon from Domaine du Mazel in Valvignères; on the other, Gewürztraminer from the Bannwarth family, blended in equal parts after direct pressing. The wine then spends three years in barrels without racking or topping up, developing a lovely oxidative character. In the glass, red fruit, rose, spices and a saline finish, with real depth.
