The grapes are entirely hand-picked with the stems, then macerated for two weeks, before aging for 10 months, half in stainless steel tanks and half in barrels without new oak. On the palate, cherry, a touch of vegetal character, with a juicy mouthfeel, light tannins, and an acidity that provides great lift.
