Jean-Baptiste en assure la conversion en \u003cstrong\u003ebio\u003c\/strong\u003e et \u003cstrong\u003ebiodynamie\u003c\/strong\u003e. Le \u003cstrong\u003eChâteau de Cazebonne\u003c\/strong\u003e est une des plus anciennes propriété de Saint-Pierre-de-Mons, qui pour la petite histoire, appartenait en 1700 à Messire Pierre de Castelnau, conseiller du roi Louis XIV et maire de Langon. \u003cbr\u003eEt l’Histoire, c’est important pour Jean-Baptiste. C’est pour cela qu’il va se lancer dans un défi assez fou et noble : celui de sauvegarder le \u003cstrong\u003epatrimoine ampélographique\u003c\/strong\u003e oublié du \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/mireehaute.com\/collections\/bordeaux\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Bordeaux\" rel=\"noopener\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBordelais\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e. Ce qui en plus de jouer un rôle de conservatoire va aussi bousculer les lignes de l’appellation bordelaise !
